A l’ombre de la Medina

Un rayon de soleil et on y résiste pas. C’est en vadrouille à Marrakech que nos yeux et papilles se sont arrêtés sur le Dar Moha.
Un riad du début du XXème siècle, au cœur de la Médina, où le chef Moha officie pour la nouvelle cuisine marocaine.
L’endroit est à tomber. Ancien lieu de villégiature de Pierre Cardin, l’air y est frais à l’ombre du petit bassin, et les mets raffinés. La cuisine marocaine, déjà l’une de nos favorites, est sublimée par le chef des lieux.
 

Nous n’avons pas assez de mots pour décrire le bonheur qui nous envahi à chaque venue.

A sunbeam and we could not resist. It is during a walk in Marrakesh that our eyes and taste buds stopped on Dar Moha. A riad from the beginning of the XXth century, in the heart of the Medina, where the leader Moha works for the Moroccan new kitchen.

The place is outstanding. Pierre Cardin use to spend holidays there, the air is fresh in the shade of the small pond, and the dishes are refined. The Moroccan kitchen, already one of our favourites, is sublimated by the leader of the place.

We would not have enough words to describe the happiness that we feel each which we are coming.
